Exchange Policy
No Refunds / Exchange only within 14 days.
June Moon Apparel will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our goal is that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
We inspect all inventory before we ship orders, but also realize that we could have missed something. Please inspect your order immediately and notify us within 3 days of receipt if you feel you received defective merchandise.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: washing of item, make-up stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. No Exceptions.
To request an exchange for the same item, send an email to junemoonapparel@gmail.com with your order # and reason for your exchange request. We will respond with a return address if the item is eligible for exchange.
You are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using trackable shipping for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Sale items, accessories, and preorders are final sale and NOT eligible for exchange.
